As the wet weather continues to wreak havoc on the fixture lists, only one match last weekend, the Women’s Development team winning 9-0 at Wattsville in the South Wales League Trophy.
Amy Roderick, Bethan Percival, Teagan Eley and Sophie Hall gave Celtic a 4-0 interval league. Chelsea Barnard recently signed from Coed Duon added the 5th. 1st teamers Eloise Meaney (2) and Fiona Anthony (2) completed the rout.
It was good to see Bethan Percival back in the goals – this was her 14th of the season.
The Women are away again this weekend in the quarter final at Pontarddulais who are currently 2nd in the higher grade South Wales Combined League.
