The Mogwai Shirt
Mogwai on the front of a Welsh grassroots football shirt — the men's away kit of Cwmbran Celtic FC, est. 1924.
Sold by Tor Sports · ships worldwide · 10% of every shirt goes to Music Venue Trust

Short and long sleeve, adult and junior sizes. Both carry the Mogwai name across the front and the Celtic crest on the chest.
Why is Mogwai on a football shirt?
Glasgow post-rock institution and lifelong Celtic fans, Mogwai take pride of place on our men's away shirt — the green-and-white hoops they grew up with.
For 2026/27 Cwmbran Celtic gave all four shirt-front slots to independent bands instead of selling them — because grassroots football and grassroots music are fighting the same fight. Both run on passion and tight budgets, and when either one goes, a town loses something it does not get back. So 10% of every shirt sold goes to Music Venue Trust.
