We had a visit today from Chris Joyce from the NHS Executive who checked and serviced the Defibrillator located in our Changing Rooms. Before leaving he left us with a Training Video and a link to this is shown below:-

This is a very interesting and informative video and, more than anything else, provides information on how to carry out CPR and use a defibrillator if you ever have to use one in earnest.
